The elegance of St. Moritz is unrivalled in the Alps. This mountain village is much more exclusive and atmospheric than Kitzbühel and the rest. When high society meets at El Paradiso or Chesa Veglia the atmosphere is reminiscent of the in-restaurants of St. Tropez or London. Even though the nightlife is not that special, we like the great bars and there are occasionally good parties at the clubs. There is the unique combination in St. Moritz of being able to shop at various designer meccas and galleries selling Picasso and Monet combined with the gorgeous mountain backdrop at a reliable altitude for snow of 1.800 metres above sea level. It’s an unbeatable place to be in winter. However, the right timing is crucial: only during the high season or when there are special events does the unique St. Moritz mood reach its peak.
