There’s an appetising bill of fare waiting for you in Monaco. Start with your glamorous hotel, then relax at the elegant beach club, and afterwards finish off with a bit of shopping at the international top brand boutiques. And if you’re still hungry, then, as the sun sets, head to one of many great restaurants and onto a party. We feel that Monaco is always a nice intermezzo: we like to stop there for two or three days and concentrate on the absolute highlights. But having the right plan is crucial, as some places in Monaco are not as cool and glamorous as you might think. Once a year the principality is plunged into a (generally enjoyable) state of emergency: during the Formula One Grand Prix it is a great place to party.
